Well. It is kinda stiff and you could work on easing. Also, try to make your foot placement a little better because the stickmen are taking monster steps. XD

As for the animation; you need to work on smoothing, easing, walking, and it seems as though he pops from one pose into another one. That makes it hard to follow.
