Guide Lines

1st:
make a new layer by pressing this button

2nd:
draw a line with color of green as so

3rd:
ALSO PUT GREEN LINES AT THE TOP OF THE HEAD AND AT THE WAIST
lock the layer by pressing the white dot of the layer of the line


4th:
animate
5th:

you might have something like this (I did it fast)
6th:
right click and delete the guide lines layer Add the ground or BG if you want
HAPPY ANIMATING

i have never even tried using guide lines i just keep them the same size by aproximation
