For the punch make it less frames like this

do normal speed un-till the 2 frames be for the punch, then skip the two frames and auto punch. it will look twice as good.

low begginer, watch some tutorials they help alot

Thats the best one you have made so far! Med beginner! Keep it up man.

there is a lot of stiffness, and some wobbliness/shakiness
you need to also work on foot placement and a bit on easing.

you're getting better :)

Well i think of med beginner but here's a tip that has already been given in this forum: Try to move as many joints as you can in every frame

Lol. That comment was when I had anger issues. It was also before I was a helper. XD

You're getting better! I can see easing and smoothing being implemented, as well as foot placement. It does look a little shakey, though.

it is a big improvement ( from what i saw ages ago :3 )

nice easing, but the back leg was shakey and made the foot go out of place, the arm that punches then when it goes down it becomes shakey, the back could of moved a bit more, so could of the head.

what you need to learn right now is flowing your animations ( or flow )
try not easing every joint, try easing some but keep others going, then when the eased ones start to move, the going ones start to ease :P ( understand? )

is his back foot ment to slide way back?

instead of doing that you should keep the foot in its place and just bend the knees more.

its kinda shakey in the back leg and when the arm goes up to start a punch.

the front foot shakes a bit.

and add some flow into it xD

and its pretty well eased xD

?, well then make it slide a lil bit but ease the slide :P
