Well I'm new here and my friend recommended me to join to get cc about my anims, so here is one of my first anims just take it easy on me because im not that good of an animator yet.

thats pretty good for a first pivot but CC time:

Stiffness-try to move every joint in one frame

Easing-start slow then speed the motion up then slow it down again try to ease like this:

|=Frame
-=spacing between frames

Feet placement-When you walk you have one foot in one place not sliding all over the place so try to make it realistic like that

The walk just looks unrealistic

low beg, pivotnam said everything i wouldve, good for a first anim btw

.... On the first one it was uh... To slow.. Try to put the FPS up on that one Second one was better. Nice job.

Pureownage, never increase FPS if the animation looks like its slow cause in the first animation the movement was good but he put both his feet in the air which you never do when you are walking and secondly he didn't move foreward as much as the stick was walking/running. for this it would been better to make the steps small and the movement small. if your animation looks good with FPS at lets say 12 or 16 and you are satisfied then maybe you can edit it with your FPS going up if you want some fast stuff :)

First animations
you did well for your first animation, but it lacked what Pivotnam said, except it was Choppy meaning it would switch directions in on frame and then back to normal kinda like a seizure O.o
also follow threw with the movement because when the character moves his legs and feet it doesn't look like its going from the back to the front it looks like its going from the back to the middle to the back. which makes it look weird. :S

Second animation
You improved! :D
You got stiffness and footplacement fixed but you still need to work on choppiness and ease.

yea PivotEX its a little desperate if you ask me. why would you put it on my forum when you could just make one?
