How to get Reputation.

This post is to show how you get Reputation.
You will notice that on the side of each post is a little + and - sine, the - sign lowers the rep by one, and the + sign raises the rep by 1. You will also see a "Thanks" button near the top of the post, clicking that will add 3 rep. when you click on the +, -, and thanks, it will add reputation to the other person, not you.
To get reputation, just be nice, and wait for someone to be nice back, and click "Thanks" or +.
