if you are making a movie out of it put a static and 0 thick circle. put it on the heal joint for the feet position.

No, not on the heel, because the heel doesn't always retain its position. put the circle under the tip of the foot. There's also shakiness, and I only saw easing when he lifts his head.

lol, you can ease in some bits but you gotta ease the whole animation.

shakeyness, well its pretty explainable by its name, shakeyness is when something is shakey :P

its when a joint goes back then forth WITHOUT! being eased.
and yes the animations is eased in some parts but there wrong eased, you added either little or no spacing. spacing is when the part goes fast. you have made the frames like this.

|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|
you should add them like this.

|-|--|---|-----|----|---|--|-|-|

see how there spacing between the frames, you gotta do that.

feetplacement. feetplacemet is also pretty explainable by its name but just so you understand what it is, its when the feet stay in the same spot until a force has been added to move the foot.
or the material of the surface could move the foot.
eg :

ice
or anything els slippery :P

the should not move on any other surface, unless something pushes the feet or shins and only that. then you feet can slide a bit but then when they slide the body should probably loose control or fall over.

also the feet can slide when the figure is going fast and tries to stop and slides then goes again.

and yes u put the dot at the front of the foot because the heel can lift off the ground and it can move a bit. the toes cant. dont make me explain again :P
