Question of the update:
Nothing on this update so far

off topic: i think he went on a holiday for about 10 days thats what i heard/read

yay :D youre not quitting but i think you are a little rusty, the fall , well i didnt understand the point really XD, for when he zooms forward, allyou did was move him straight and didnt move any body parts and it didnt ease into it at all

I did move his visible body parts and I eased a little but at first it was going to be a blur fast thing but i decided to not do that.

incorrect, you did not move his back or his head, gravity testing is better if he falls from more then 1 and a half inches and lasts more then 0.0597 seconds

Yeah the "Left 4 Dead" Stk is sick
I like your stuff but it still is rusty. I suggest practicing more.

looks like med beg to me, looks unnatural and needs to be eased better

i see how it could look unnatural but it was kinda a skip/run thing

You got easing down which is great but I'm not seeing much flow
Watch the running tuts to find out how to use the flow (found at the peek of the of the run)
The head looks unnatural which can be fixed by using easing
He looks like he is skipping so make frames shorter (not increase FPS :P)
The back is Stiff but I like the back being stiff because when you run you don't move your back
like a maniac you barely even move it...

Very very nice!!!!
I would focus on easing a tiny bit more because when he gets up there isn't much ease
as well I would move all joints appropriately like 1 pixel when his arm falls off.

I can't really rank you on flow or foot placement though because there is no way of know where the foot is suppose to be/camera and there was no flow used.

awesome now i can move this to high beg! i will also put the piv download so you can see the feet placement. NO STEALING
