yay :D youre not quitting but i think you are a little rusty, the fall , well i didnt understand the point really XD, for when he zooms forward, allyou did was move him straight and didnt move any body parts and it didnt ease into it at all

You got easing down which is great but I'm not seeing much flow
Watch the running tuts to find out how to use the flow (found at the peek of the of the run)
The head looks unnatural which can be fixed by using easing
He looks like he is skipping so make frames shorter (not increase FPS :P)
The back is Stiff but I like the back being stiff because when you run you don't move your back
like a maniac you barely even move it...

I think your main problem is over easing. Looking at my styles tutorial might help that. Next is stiffness; his legs barely move at all, and you can tell by the leg motions where the animation loops. Also, it looks more like a hoppy-walk than a run if you ask me.

Very very nice!!!!
I would focus on easing a tiny bit more because when he gets up there isn't much ease
as well I would move all joints appropriately like 1 pixel when his arm falls off.

I can't really rank you on flow or foot placement though because there is no way of know where the foot is suppose to be/camera and there was no flow used.
