well, I hope I'm at least med beginner :3... I hope. Anyway here's my animation. made it about 45 min or something.

Sorry but low beginner. It's jumpy, needs foot placement, it's kinda shaky, and it could use some easing. But it's good for a beginner though. :)

WHAT??? that's it??? after at least A year of animating that's all I get??? A low beginner??? well, that's the end of my will of animating... :'(

dude dont quit its only low begginer but animating takes along time to get good at

Ive been animating for 2-1/2 years. And im only med/high beginner.

The first year is usually the one with the least improvement if you don't use forums often and get alot of CC.

*sigh* ok I won't quit.... but I will take A break from pivot. I've been animating my arse off lately :D

hmm... well i dont quite know what its like animating for a long time and not improving...

but i have seen ALOT of animators that animate for years and are about med-high beginner... some are low.
some animate for about 3 years and just reached high beginner...

the solution to your problems are,

read tutorials, study them carefully.
ask someone to mentor you, ( like someone good, not a beginner... )
make tests, try new things, experiment with types of easing, flow, movements.
try making an animation only focusing on one thing ( like an animation with only easing, only flow or only whatever.. ) then once you have mastered them all, use then to make an animation.... ( i tried that and it did help a bit :P )

well thats all i can say really..



oh and so you dont feel bad, most elites have been animating for about 5-7 years.



but anyways, heres some cc. work onthe basics ( easing, shakeynes, stiffness, feetplacement )

i say arround low-med beginner. mainly med :P
