even if he is strong, it makes the anim look unrealistic.
the anims kinda shaky and has some stiffness. there also isn't much of a follow-through after the punches and kick.you should also ease more than you did.

He would have lifted him, not just ripped his head off. He'd need to grip the other guy's torso area to tear off his head.
