Pivot Run Tutorial
For now, all i have is this run. It's a bit too fast D:
Here it is again with joint-dots added.
The dots help point out the movements of each joint.
They also look pretty cool :D
Same as above, just slower.
Notice how the back joint closest to the center moves way less than the one above it and that the joint above that moves even more than the middle one.
Also, notice the easing in each limb and how each limb is eased.Unfortunately, i didn't have the time+patience to add onion skins to the anims, so i can't really show you how each limb passes where it was in the last frame. Onion skins are only found behind the limb, the front being the half going in whichever direction the limb is. So if the limb is going left, there are only onion skins to the right of it. This is how you fix shakiness.
Sorry it's not that good of a tut. I'm not so great at explaining things >.<
If you don't get something or i didn't cover something well enough, post and i'll try explaining it better and in more detail. Also, please tell me what you think of this tutorial. I would love some feedback :D
Since i can't post in the tutorial section and i don't want to post this in the trash, i am putting it here. Is it move-to-the-Tutorial-Section worthy?
