the foot placement is really off, the transformation looked cool but the balls need easing, if i remember right the sword should be black, and are the two people standing next to kid liz and patty? i cant tell, anyway the sticks look great and it looks like this could be a great animation, id say its med beg, please continue :3

I think it's black only in the demon mode :o However, move the other guys as well, else it will look stiffy. I can't rank well, since you have just one anim, but low- med beg. Foot placement is easy cake, and so is the rest, just little fixing and it would look much much more better, keep it up dude ^^
