you gotta realise but when you punch, you do move your whole body, it is impossible ( IMPOSSIBLE ) for someone to move there upper body without moving there lower body an inch even..

just try moving the lower body like even a pixle every frame, just to keep the animation smooth and unstiff XD

also try flowing the arms when they come back to go to punch again ( like after they punch then go behind the body, ) flow the lower arm ( forearm ) a bit more to keep it, again smooth xD

low-med beginner. but cant really tell if its just a simple 2sec loop. make something longer to show your skills xD

also, move the back joints
make him lean forward when he extends his arm.
