yes, this animation is very stiff...
the default stick, why is his head and left arm only moving? it should be his whole body, the guy that punches should move his body iswell. and the guy holding the default stick should move his head...
and ease more. or ease better

i was just trying to get it done fast so it wasn't supposed to be good

but its shakey ( all over.. )
and work on your feet placement. the feet on the left guy, jumps around when the guy on the right punches.
when the guy of the right punches his feet go down.
the default stick just is always shaking around.
also the left guys arms dont even move, when your holding someone and someone els is punching him, i do suppose your arms should move.
it was stiff so just try moving all joints in every frame ( even if there 1 pixle movements ) without it being shakey. to get rid of shakeyness all i can say is just try edit them out, there is no method to get rid of it.
try making a longer animation. not a loop/

in addition to what hazza said, ease a bit more.
and i think it's weird how his whole body goes forward so much when he only get's punched in the face. i think you should make the movement less dramatic.

The kick, and the guy waving was pretty good. The rest of it needs to be eased more.
